Linda B. Fabe, M.Ed., LPC, Principal Consultant and owner

Linda is an organizational consultant and leadership coach with over twenty years experience in agency leadership, and personal, team and organizational development.

Linda’s management background includes proven skills in building and leading effective organizations through her work as Executive Director of Miami Purchase Preservation Fund, Partners in Housing.

As a consultant, Linda has facilitated community land use visioning, established new directions for university faculty departments and trade associations, created aligned teams to accomplish agency work, and promoted leadership effectiveness in her coaching work.

She has a BA in Urban Planning from the University of Michigan, and a Masters degree in counseling with an additional focus in organizational behavior from the University of Cincinnati. Linda has also completed advanced training in organizational behavior and group dynamics at National Training Labs, and the Gestalt Institute of Cleveland. Linda is currently active with A Small Group, an initiative of internationally known consultant Peter Block, designed to further civic engagement in communities.

She is currently vice president of Civic Affairs for the Woman’s City Club. Linda is also deeply committed to strengthening the ability of individuals, organizations and communities to work effectively together across racial, ethnic, socio–economic and other divisions.

Dan T. Joyner, M.S.

Dan Joyner is a management consultant with over 33 year’s experience in management, community development, education and training. Mr. Joyner’s consulting focuses on management, leadership, organization and community change, and implementing evidence based practices. He works regularly with A Small Group, a Peter Block network, designed to further civic engagement through effective change methods.

Recent clients include: The Crime and Justice Institute, Boston MA, the City of Cincinnati Invest in Neighborhoods, Cincinnati Public Schools, The Cincinnati Board of Education, The Health Foundation of Greater Cincinnati, Cincinnati City Council, San Bernardino County Adult Probation, California, and the Administrative Office of Illinois State Courts.

Mr. Joyner served for 12 years as Chief Probation Officer for the Hamilton County Juvenile Court, OH. In this role he successfully led his department through three administrative changes. As a result of his department’s success, Mr. Joyner provided testimony before a United States Senate Judicial Sub–Committee on the topic of “Juvenile Courts That Work.”

Mr. Joyner has served as an adjunct facilitator for the Hamilton County, OH Training Division. He trained line supervisors, mid and upper level managers in Frontline Leadership Skills. As an adjunct professor of Special Education at Xavier University, Cincinnati, OH, he designed a course and trained special education teachers on How to Assess Student Social Skills and Manage Classroom Behavior.

For nearly 15 years Mr. Joyner provided innovative leadership with the Roselawn Community Council. In addition to increasing meeting attendance by 400%, he initiated and led a collaborative effort to create a School Based Social Service Initiative and a Community Youth and Family Program.

Mr. Joyner received his Masters in Criminal Justice from, Xavier University, in Cincinnati, Ohio.
